If there has been an accident, injury, theft, or any threat to safety, contact the Ghana Police Service and the emergency services first, then notify the vendor and call us on +233 599 005 234. Accidents must be formally reported to the police, and the vendor’s insurer must be informed — see our Terms for the full incident procedure.
